-- the Great Park, Brockborough alias Brogborough Park and Beckerings Park, parcel of the Honour of Ampthill,
with all liberties, franchises and privileges, all deer, and all buildings, woods, underwoods, timber and trees.

-- in consideration of this debt due to John Ashburnham the parks to go wholeley to him, charged only with the
residue of the money due to the other mortgages, as reward for services.
reciting: that John Ashburnham paid off the sums due to the other mortgagees and they therefore conveyed their
interest to him.
