- Scope and Contentto daughter Elizabeth messuage in Stanford with the hempland belonging thereto if daughter Elizabeth die without issue then to daughter Mary, and if daughter Mary die without issue then to my 3 sisters Elizabeth Dilley, Ann Willson and Margaret Stanton to daughter Mary £10; £5 within 4 years of my death and £5 within 8 years of my death to daughter Elizabeth the table and frame with the form standing in the hall and my brass pot and 2 little kettles and 2 coffers, the biggest and the least my linen to be equally divided between my daughters to daughter Elizabeth 1 coverlet and the best white blanket and a little stool and a chair and a pair of pothangers to my daughter Mary my halfheaded bed and the cubbard, 1 coffer, 2 boxes, 1 stool and an old chair, 1 yellow blanket and a white blanket, my 2 best kettles, 3 pillows, the one a cushion and the other sacken ones, a skimmer and the 2 best platters and the frying pan to daughter Elizabeth the featherbed bolster and a pillow, the warming pan, a pair of pothangers, a hatchet and the hemp block residue of moveable goods to be sold, and after debts paid, to daughters daughter Elizabeth executrix brothers Thomas Dilley, John Willison and Edward Stanton to be overseers witnesses.
