to my daughter Elizabeth Hair £200 to my wife Ann Grant my cottage at Southill, and all my real estate and all my personal estate, except £2,000 invested in 3% Consols. said £2,000 to be vested in wife Ann Grant and John Hill Day of St. Neots, Huntingdonshire, esquire, as trustees, to use of said wife for life, and then to support, maintenance and clothing of my unfortunate daughter Ann Grant for life, and then to daughter Elizabeth Hair, but if she die without issue, then to child or children of my brother Peter Grant, who are to have the principal sum executors - wife Ann and said John Hill Day, who is to have £10 witnesses.
