    - my cottage, now divided into 3 and occupied by Joseph Inskip, Nicholas Lockey and Francis Stevens, in Stanford - my other cottage in Stanford occupied by John Hall - close of ploughed ground, and all other real estate to Nicholas Lockey to John Bradshaw the elder of Old Warden, 2 guineas to 2 sons of John Bradshaw, John Bradshaw and Joseph Bradshaw, 2 guineas apiece to Ann Lockey and Lucy Lockey, daughters of Nicholas Lockey, £10 each to Constant King, widow of William King late of Bedford, glover, 2 guineas, and if she die in my lifetime then to her son John King all my goods and stock in trade and personal estate to Nicholas Lockey, who is executor witnesses.
