reciting vestry meeting of 8 Jun 1802, decision to raise £1,600 to build workhouse
Samuel Whitbread has agreed to give land, and workhouse is now nearly completed on the site
annuities have been sold to Reverend John Sim of Bath Street, Cold Bath Fields, Middlesex; Deborah Field of Hitchin, spinster:
i) and CWs [?SCW] will enter into bonds to secure said annuities
