    i) John, bishop of Peterborough, as Master of Trinity College, Cambridge ii) Samuel Whitbread of Cardington, esquire consideration surrender of lease of 25 Jun 1773 - fourth part of the rectory of Shillington as lately divided between Roger Tuthill late of Barford, clerk, deceased, Thomas Parratt of Shillington, gentleman and Thomas Parratt of the Mole in Shillington, gentleman, with all houses etc., gardens, orchards, arable lands etc., tithes and quitrents except the court baron and profits of the same which were formerly reserved by Thomas Ashton, deceased, by the space of 3 years before his death and except 1 rood lately inclosed by the Duke of Kent and taken into his garden upon part of which a summer house is now built and except tithes of 10 acres lying in Ion alias Inefield up on Carnhill and now inclosed by the said Duke and taken into his Park and except great timber etc., saving the underwoods in a close called Charcoal Wood, and except the advowson of the vicarage in Shillington term 20 years from Annunciation (O.S.) 1780 rent £11..14s..11d per annum and 8 quarters 6 bushels and 2 pecks of wheat and 11 quarters and 6 bushels of malt of barley, or the value thereof (as before) covenants as W3821, paying to the vicar £4..10s..1d and £3..6s..8d per annum, and repairing a quarter of the chancel seal of i)
