- Scope and Contentto dear wife Susannah Endersby, the dwelling house in Campton I now occupy; £100; and use of all my household furniture, plate, china and linen as she shall choose for life, and then to be divided among my children; these bequests to be in lieu of dower, as in marriage settlement all estates except estate in Shefford and in Meppershall to wife Susannah, William Squire of Ware, Hertfordshire, maltster and Thomas Blindell junior of Edmonton, Middlesex, yeoman, in trust for sale; they are also executors and guardians William Squire and Thomas Blindell to have 20 guineas each estate to be held in trust for maintenance of my children Sarah, William, John, Benjamin, Frederick and Susannah Endersby and any other children to be born, and as each child becomes 21 or marries if a girl, they are to receive their share of the estate; if wife remarry only William Squire and Thomas Blindell to act witnesses.
