    - dwelling house wherein I now dwell and adjoining close with outbuildings, yard and garden to Benjamin Prole, my friend, of Cardington, farmer, in trust for my son John Hickman and his heir, but subject to my wife Elizabeth Hickman dwelling rent free therein, with use of yard and garden; as said premises have been in my family for upwards of 2 centuries, they keep them in the family - freehold homestead and 40 acres at Wilden to wife for life and then to son John - dwelling house with fixtures, garden and orchard and 13 acres at Fenlake now occupied by widow of son Thomas Hickman, to be occupied by said widow till her youngest child is 21, and orchard and lands to be let, rent for their maintenance; when children are of age, to be sold, and proceeds to [be] divided among surviving children personal estate to wife Elizabeth executors- wife Elizabeth, son John Hickman and Benjamin Prole £5 to Benjamin Prole for his trouble witnesses.
