    i) James Graves of Hackbridge, Carshalton, Surrey, publican William Graves of Thames Ditton, Surrey, labourer Charles Graves of the same, labourer Thomas Graves of Hackbridge, labourer Maria Graves of Thames Ditton, spinster John Anthony Vince of Hackbridge, butcher and wife Charlotte (nee Graves) Frances Wild of Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, widow, (nee Graves); (said J.G., W.G., C.G., T.G., M.G., C.V. and F.W. are children of Edward Graves of Thames Ditton, labourer, deceased) ii) Samuel Charles Whitbread of Cardington, esquire iii) said J.G. and S.C.W. said Edward Graves in about 1847 before his decease gave £600 to ii) and died intestate, and no administration has been granted; ii) since death of Edward Graves has given the interest of said £600 to Susannah Graves, widow of Edward Graves, and has now invested said sum in £3% Consols i) agree to make no claim of any sort on ii) in connection with said £600 iii) to hold in trust to pay interest to Susannah Graves for life, and then to be divided among i) in proportions given signatures. all of i) except Thomas Graves witness.
