said Edward Graves in about 1847 before his decease gave £600 to ii) and died intestate, and no administration has been granted;
ii) since death of Edward Graves has given the interest of said £600 to Susannah Graves, widow of Edward Graves, and has now invested said sum in £3% Consols
i) agree to make no claim of any sort on ii) in connection with said £600
iii) to hold in trust to pay interest to Susannah Graves for life, and then to be divided among i) in proportions given
