    executors - wife Laura Emily Maria Whitbread and my friend Frederick Manning Needham of Gloucester Square, Hyde Park, Middlesex, esquire my wife to be the guardian of my infant children to my wife the leasehold of 73 Eccleston Square with the stables etc., and my household goods, furniture etc., with my horses, carriages, etc., and £500 residue - one half to my children; and the income from the other half to my wife for life, and then the said half to my children the executors may place the residue of my personal estate with Messrs. Whitbread & Company witnesses. William Reid, Grays Inn J.F. Reid, Chiswell Street 23 Apr 1874 codicil: Richard Worsley of the Brewery, Chiswell Street, to be an executor in place of Frederick Manning Needham, deceased witnesses. William Reid J.F.
