Surveyor General & 4 others, trustees for the sale of fee-farm rents; (ii) Peter Barwick of Westminster, doctor in physic recites act of 1671 for sale of fee-farm rents; -- an annual rent of £78..6s..2 3/4d from:- the manor of Shillington; rents of assize of free tenants and rents of customary tenants there; rents of customary tenants in Pegsdon; Great Park wood, Pannell wood, and Hunscombe Lee wood, (77 acres), late in the occupation of Edward Blofield; messuages and land called Bury Lott in Pegsdon, late in the occupation of Richard Lilley; the common fine of the manor; profits of courts; reckoned to be of the yearly value of £106..0s..3/4d recites that on 15 June 1624 these were demised by king to Sir Thomas Trevor, knight, & 2 others; and by them 16 May 1628 conveyed to William Williams and 3 other citizens of London for residue of term, yielding above rent to king; witnesses.
