Letter from Emma Chapman to Bessie Godber. Thanks for letter and Ike for cheque. Letter from Elsie – it appears she has gone back to Coventry. Dad went to Mr Vaisey yesterday and settled up for the Farm also for Elsie’s land. It was arranged about the land at Astrope when she was at home. Elsie did not like the work it was too heavy & hard for a woman.
