body to be buried in Campton churchyard where 1st wife interred
to only son Jeremy
the White Hart Inn, Shefford;
meadow called Fores mead, 3 roods;
4 acres 1 rood in Shefford fields;
formerly held by lease, and now purchased in fee-farm of trustees under act of parliament for sale of crown lands;
wife Anne to have her dwelling in said messuage during widowhood, or £20 in case of disagreement with son;
and to have use of so much of movable goods in the house as shall be most necessary, without doing them
any injury or hurt
to daughter Sarah £10 (20s per annum for 10 years)
to be paid when Jeremy enters on a copyhold cottage and land in Henlow
to her 4 children 20s each
to grandchild Mary Andrewes 1 cow and 20s
to Robert Farr son of Henry Farr, and to Richard Farr son of Richard Farr, and to brother James, 5s each
