    ''being aged but of sound and perfect mind''... to be decently buried in parish in which residing at time of death; ''all persons who shall ... come to my funeral shall have gloves and gold rings of the value of 10s. each ring, except such persons to whom by name I have herein given rings''; to Edward Dodd, citizen & mercer of London, Edward Olds & George Holgate, citizens & saddlers, in trust for son Samuel for life; remainder to son John, nephews John & William Wynde, and nieces Anne & Elizabeth Wynde; now Elizabeth Cook; 1/3 fee-farm rent of £119..7s..8d from the manor of Old Warden, purchased of John Jekyll, citizen & fishmonger of London, & wife Martha; to same trustees for brother Zaccheus Wynde for life, then to son John, remainder to Samuel etc., as before; property in Enfield, Middlesex; to sons also two sums of £400 at interest, in lieu of any share of personal estate, ''whereas I have been at great charges and expences in order to advance and settle my said sons John & Samuel in the world'; they are to release claims under the custom of city of London relating to the estates of freemen; to trustees £50 and gold ring each; to niece Ann Wynde (daughter of brother Zaccheus), nephews John & William Wynde, niece Elizabeth Cook, Mrs. Elizabeth Olds, Francis Bishop, citizen & saddler of London, Edward Olds junior & Henry Olds (sons of Edward), Mrs. Dorothy Goodchild, wife of James, Mary Webb maidservant of Edward Olds, monetary bequests; and to most of them (named) rings also; bond of William Parsons, 4 Feb 1709/10, £80 for £40 debt: interest to be remitted and loan repaid to Deborah Parsons, widow, & 2 sisters of William; promissory note 6 Apr 1715 for loan of £10 remitted; gold rings to Sir Thomas Abney, Lady Abney, her sister Mistress Gulston [?Gunston], 3 daughters of Sir Thomas, Mr. Watts 'who liveth with him', Mr. Carlisle, Francis Bishop, Mr. Roe the dissenting minister, Mr. Adney, Mr. Landsdale, Mr. Emmett, Mr. Short (?), George Capper, Mr. Shaw, -----, (added at end) Mr. Colebatch; residuary legatees: Edward Dodd, Edward Olds, George Holgate executors: witnesses.
