    "my body I desire my executor to bury in the church of Old Warden by the body of my daughter Soame which is near the body of my dear husband Sir William Palmer. I desire to be buried without any more charge than the carrying of my body downe;'' to the poor of Old Warden £3; to son William Palmer £10, son Atkins £10, Dr. Mills £10; to daughter Goodfellow my diamond pendants and my sable muff; to daughter Atkins my locket with the square diamonds and her father's picture in little; to grandchildren Dorothy Goodfellow my gold watch; Margaret Goodfellow my diamond ring; John Goodfellow my biggest silver cup with cover; to servant Sarah Goodger if living and in my service £5, all my wearing clothes linen & woollen, and the featherbed on which she lieth at Basinghall Street, with pillow, blankets and rugs; to servant Thomas Winterbourn (as above) 30s; executor son Charles is desired to give rings (20s) to brother Sir John Brampstone and sisters Dike and Brampstone; witnesses.
