Scope and Content
And whereas Albert Edward Pepper has paid maintenance to Elizabeth Ann Taylor.
And whereas to avoid expense and exposure of an affliation order it is agreed that:
1. AEP agrees to pay EAT 2/- per week until BEPT reaches the age of 14 or dies beforehand;
2. EAT agrees not to affliate AEP so long as maintenance punctually paid.
