    ( i ) Robert Jesset of Cheltenham, innholder & wife Sarah, nee North ( ii ) William Fry junior of Bristol, wine merchant, assignee of Jesset, who is bankrupt, ( iii ) Ann Coleman of Luton, spinster ( iv ) William Wilshere junior of Hitchin, gentleman -- a cottage in Castle Street, Luton, occupied by George Bowce, between once occupied by Thomas Teaton & one occupied by John Pedder, with Langleys close belonging to John Chase at rear; recites that cottage belonged to Sarah before marriage; and that commission in bankruptcy was granted to Henry Hobhouse, John Tydale, esqs, Nathaniel Windey, Francis Ward, John Seager, gentlemen; Witnesses: Arthur Sawin, John Cornish (clerk to Bristol attorney).
