    Arrived at Mudeford on friday, chosen because it was near and Lady Fitzharris and her children were here [Harriet Susan Harris]. Then Lady Fitzharris caught a cold, Lord Fitzharris [James Edward Harris] arrived and moved her home to Heron Court. Has found Miss Dashwood [sister of Harriet Susan Harris?] and the boys [writer's great nephews], but they depart tomorrow, and the writer will be alone till Miss Dashwood returns. Sailed to Christchurch this morning and we rowed back again. 5 Oct: Yesterday dined with Mrs Dawson, nee Luttrell and saw her seemingly happily established as a wife.
