Letter from Katherine Gertrude Robinson addressed to Lady Lucas, St. James' Square. Pleased that Lady Lucas' colours are finished. The Major has gone to Ireland, so any diffuculty regarding his being present when the colours are given in removed. [Refers to presentation of Lady Polwarth's colours to the St.James' volunteers. Writer considers the simplest way to present the colours would be to give them to Lord Amhurst [Lord Jeffrey Amherst] and ask him to present them. Writer is quite ready to wait upon Lady Lucas if she can be of any assistance before or during Lord Amherst's visit.
