Files contains bound architect's instructions. S. T. Harvey & Co limited started the works but went into liquidation during the project. V E Parrott (Oakley) limited were contracted to finish off the project. The first architect's instruction shows that V E Parrott (Oakley) Ltd completed the work's to the county architect's instruction. 17th Febuary architect's instruction shows that asbestos was omitted. Hand written note mentions that during the project there was an attempted theft of building equipment.
