Letter from Thomas Bernard, sent from 'Foundling' [Foundling Hospital, London], to Mr Thomas Dunn, Lincolns Inn. Has fixed the rental with the Bracewell tenants, except Henry Carr, commencing from Lady Day 1790 and amounting to £741 18s, an increase of £169 8s. Carr's behaviour has been such as to merit removal, in which event his farm will fairly bear an increase of £18 5s 6d per annum.
