½ a cottage at Maulden in occupation of self and Thomas Berry;
cottage at Hexton in occupation of Thomas Allen;
on trust to apply rents for benefit of Anne Sharp, daughter of William Sharp of Maulden, labourer;
then former to brother John Butcher now in Bedfordshire militia, remainder to his daughter Sarah;
latter to sister Jemima, wife of William Sharp;
goods to be sold for benefit of Ann Sharp
