    i) Charles Henry Bergne, Silchesters, Clarence Road, Harpenden, Hertfordshire, gentleman Hervey A'Court Bergne, Sherington Lodge, Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire ii) Evelyn Christobel Brandreth, Haywards Heath, Sussex, widow iii) Charles Henry Bergne iv) Daniel Henry Redhead, Orleans House, Peterborough, Northamptonshire, gentleman v) Redhead and Gray Limited, 38 Park Road, Peterborough vi) Edith Mary Part, Haresfoot, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, the wife of Dealtry Charles Part, Haresfoot, a captain in HM Army reciting death of Henry Chernocke Gibbs Brandreth, late of Houghton Regis, who at his death owned the property coloured red on plan attached, subject to a mortgage of 21 April 1894 and made between said Henry Chernocke Gibbs Brandreth and Annie Uegus [Negus], Henry Edward Burnell and William Thomas Hulatt. He also owned the property coloured blue, subject to a jointure rent charge of £1000 in favour of ii) under a marriage settlement of 4 August 1897 and also a mortgage of 31 December 1895 (as in 2nd part of schedule). Said Henry Chernocke Gibbs Brandreth by will dated 1 June 1906 appointed Charles Villiers Summerville Downes and iii) as executors to hold real and personal estate in trust for sale. He died on 23 January 1908. Will proved (Northampton) on 26 November 1908. Charles Villiers Summerville Downes died on 8 April 1909. By appointment (as in part 2 of schedule) Hervey A'Court Bergne was appointed trustee of will in his place and also sole surviving trustee of marriage settlement now in consideration of £4000 paid by vi) to iv) ii) as to property coloured blue and iv) and v) and iii) and i) as to whole of property coloured blue and red, and iv) as trustee at request of v), and v) as beneficial owners, grant to vi) ... Manor Farm in Houghton Regis (155 acres 1 rood 20 perches) now in occupation of Mr William Smith and Mr E G Blow (as described in 2nd schedule), subject, as to property coloured red, to benefit of deed dated 23 September 1912 [Z591/41] between a) i), b) iii), c) Ann Uegus [Negus], Henry Burnell and William Thomas Hulatt and d) Luton Rural District Council to intent that property coloured blue should be discharged from jointure rent charge also i) and iv) as beneficial owners release to vi) ... right of way over cartway coloured green on plan, reserved to i) and iv) and v) by conveyance of 29 January 1914 made between above parties schedule 1: parts 1, 2 and 3 refer to deeds schedule 2: lists various properties in Town Area, with name of tenant and description (155 acres 1 rood 20 perches) 22 Mar 1916 with plan attached with various properties coloured pink and black
