    i) C H Bergne H A'C Bergne ii) said C H Bergne, as mortgagee iii) A Negus, Woburn Road, Bedford H Burnell, 17 Lorne Road, Forest Gate, London W T Hulatt (as mortgagees of lands etc. set out in 2nd schedule of 3rd part) iv) Luton Rural District Council reciting right of Council to build sewers and that the sewers are being extended to Houghton Regis in consideration of £648..10s paid to iv) by direction of ii) and iii) said iii) granted to iv) ... right to construct sewers (as described in 3rd schedule) to hold subject to tenancies mentioned in said 3rd schedule 3rd schedule 1) line of sewers, with 13 manholes, from High Road at Bidwell Hill, Houghton Regis, through Ordnance Survey Fields numbered 172 and 203 to Dunstable Sewage Farm. Said fields were then in occupation of Joseph George Scroggs under tenancy agreement of 15 June 1896 [green line on map} 2) line of sewers, with 2 manholes, from Mixed Way through Ordnance Survey Fields 273 and 259 to corner of new road and Dunstable Street. 273 being in occupation of Alfred Marshall under a tenancy agreement of 1 March 1905 and 259 in occupation of Joseph George Scroggs under tenancy agreement of 15 June 1896 [green line on map] 3) line of sewers, with 2 manholes, from stormwater course on East of said new road in Northerly direction through Ordnance Survey Fields 264 and 263 and line of sewers, with 7 manholes from said storm water course in Easterly direction through ordnance fields nos. 266 and 250 to Malmsley Lane and then under Malmsley Lane by Houghton Hall and under Houghton Green. Said fields 263, 264 and 250 were in occupation of William Smith under oral tenancy agreement [green line on map] 23 Sep 1912 [written on back of part of abstract of title of executors of will]
