    I) William Savadge of Cardington, esquire Elianor, his wife Robert Stone of London, joiner Susan, his wife II) Edward Dendy of Westminster, Middlesex, esquire John Cole, Citizen and skinner of London Agreement that I) will levy a fine to II) of: ... 2 farms in Cardington, one known as Widow Willmotts Farm, heretofore in occupation of Widow Willmott, now of William Willmott, the other known as Leonard Willmotts Farm or the Little Farm, in occupation of Henry Whitbread, which were conveyed to Robert Stone by Ralph Snagg of Kempston. The fine to be levied to II) on trust that they shall permit William and Elianor Savadge to receive the rents and profits of the property unless some default be made in payments by the Savadges to Robert Stone, as in indentures of 26 June 1657, then on trust that at the request of William and Elianor Savadge, II) shall assure the property to William and Elianor for their lives, then to eldest son, in default to all daughters, in default to heirs of William, and on trust to sell the property if default made in rent witnesses: John Kelynge, Richard Manditt, Robert Hughes, John Hatchell, John Sanders, William Stidwell, George Stone
