2. Henry Whitbread the elder
by which 1. let the property to 2. for 80 years for rent of a peppercorn, under certain covenants
reciting: articles of agreement of 20 November 1639 between:
1. Sir Thomas Savage
Richard Ward
Matthew Billinge
2. Henry Whitbread
whereby 1. agreed to convey to 2. the inheritance
reciting: death of Sir Thomas Savage and that as his heirs not yet 21 inheritance not yet settled on Henry Whitbread the elder
whereby I) conveyed to II) for residue of 80 years on trusts, and agreement by I) to settle the inheritance on persons nominated by II)
