    Declares that he knew and was well acquainted with Hannah Driver, late of Orlingbury (Northamptonshire), a sister of Lucy Parrott and the annuitant in her will; that her £15 annuity was, in pursuance of the will, paid to Hannah Driver by the declarant and his co-executor/trustee William Gilbert from the decease of Lucy Parrott for the residue of Hannah Driver’s life and until her decease which happened at Orlingbury on or about 17 May 1850; that she was buried there and upon her death, the annuity ceased and became satisfied and extinct Declared and subscribed at Shefford before George Austin, a Commissioner to administer oaths in Chancery
