    i) Frederick Simpson, George Street West, Luton, straw hat manufacturer ii) Thomas Foster, Chapel Street, Luton, farmer Henry Vyse, Alexandra Park Hotel, Middlesex Edmund Waller Vyse, Holly Lodge, London Road, Luton, merchant (devisees in trust named in last will etc. of Richard Vyse, late of Luton, deceased) reciting conveyance of 22 June 1866 made between the above devisees and i) by which ... land in London Road, Luton (1 acre 2 roods) South East: London Road North West: Chapel Street (formerly called Hog Lane) South West: Holly Lodge garden etc. of said devisees stone yard etc. of Thomas William Haselgrove North East: premises of Charles Haydon, David Peck, John Keeling, William Fowler, James Buckle and others was conveyed to use of i) for ever deeds etc. (as in schedule) and now in custody of ii) concern said piece of land together with other land of said Richard Vyse but now belonging to Charles Haydon, Andrew Johnston, John Keeling, Joseph Flint, James Buckle, Jonathan Seymour, John George Shane, and others which separately are of less value than above piece of land and so deeds etc. are to be handed over to i) Richard Vyse in his lifetime covenanted with James Hopkins, David Peck and others to produce said deeds etc. on sale of certain lands to them and so ii) as his devisees are assumed to be liable to produce them to Charles Haydon, Thomas Sworder, Andrew Johnston, John Keeling, Joseph Flint, James Buckle, Jonathan Seymour, John George Shane etc. (purchasers of James Hopkins, David Peck and others) now i) covenants with ii) will produce to ii) if required the deeds as in schedule for support of title of those mentioned above, and supply copies if necessary Schedule lease and release of 1 and 2 July 1782 fine of 23 George III lease and release of 30 and 31 March 1808 lease and release of same dates deed of 3 April 1847 deed of 22 April 1847 signed: i) endorsed witness: George Bailey, solicitor, 3 Union Street, Luton
