Consideration £220 1) agrees to sell to 2) and 3) agrees to lend £200 to 2) to complete the purchase. - messuage with close late pasture now arable adjoining and containing 1 ½ acre in Nether Caldecot formerly in the in the several occupations of William Shelton and Edward Aspitall afterwards of Thomas Walker.
