Scope and Content
1) Thomas Woodward of Nether Caldecot, yeoman, the grandson and devisee named in the last will and testament of Thomas Woodward, late of Nether Caldecot, deceased, and also the elder son and heir of John Woodward late of the same place, yeoman who was the elder son and heir of the said Thomas Woodward deceased, and Philadephia the wife of the said Thomas.
2) William Inskip of Hitchin, Herts, grocer
3) William Fisher of Ickwell, yeoman, a trustee for the said Thomas Woodward.
- messuage with close of pasture adjoining and containing 1 ½ acre in Nether Caldecot late in the occupation of Eustace Meriweather since of Samuel Endersby and now of James Burnage or his undertenants, which were with a parcel of meadow ground purchased by the said Thomas Woodward, deceased of Thomas Longland.
