    Right Honourable Henry Lord Spencer of Wormleighton, son and heir of William Lord Spencer, to Sir Edward Spencer of Boston, Middlesex and Sir Alexander Denton of Hillesden, Buckinghamshire, Robert Anderson of Lincoln’s Inn, and Robert Sandys of Over Bodingeton, Northamptonshire, to the use of Richard Spencer and Mary his wife for life, or term of 99 years. Recites lease by the said William Lord Spencer to the same parties (10 Aug 1629). Messuage in Dunton inhabited by John Sparrow, and the manor of Dunton formerly belonging to the monastery of Hollowell in Middlesex; all lands in Dunton formerly in the occupation of John Burgaine, John Sparrow and Richard Cleaver; also the farm house in which Thomas Lune dwelt, and the lands belonging thereto in Dunton, Melloe Stratton and Newton. Annual rent £16 witnesses: Charles Hallowaye, John Hopkins Note that on 15 April 1663 Mary Spencer surrendered this lease to Right Honourable Robert Earl of Sunderland
