    Bequests to poor and to wife Anne on condition of her renouncing the security set down in her marriage settlement. Devises to son-in-law William Duncombe of Littlington Park and to Edmund Bolsworth of Laighton (executors), all rents of assise, dues, court leet, emoluments etc. in Yielden, Turvey, Wroxhill, Roxton, Colleston, Chalston, and Patenham, lately belonging to the honour of Gloucester, as they were granted to him by John Eldred and George Whitmore by Indenture of 1 May 1611. Also grants to William Duncombe and Edmund Bolsworth his lease of Woburn Ground, and the residue of his goods. witnesses: Thomas Eltham, John Lowe 1 Jan 1637/8 Note that on 22 February 1637/8 Sir Edward Duncombe did again publish and declare this to be his last will and testament.
