    i) Hannah Farrington ii) William Field iii) James Huffer John Steward Sandon, glazier John Squire Bartlett, schoolmaster (all of Biggleswade) reciting that ii) has paid to i) £29 on account of said principal sum of £229 now in consideration of £200 paid by iii) at request of ii) in discharge of all monies owing to i) i) at request of ii) convey to iii) - 3 dwelling houses now in occupation of John Chessum and Job Warner and – Reynolds - piece of land adjoining signatures of i) and ii) endorsed receipt witness: W Thomas Chapman 20 Jan 1872 also endorsed with Transfer of mortgage a) Nathaniel William Leigh, West Avenue, Walthamstow, Essex b) William Field c) William Ekins, yeoman Frederick Endersby, carpenter Ebenezer Hitchcock Barber, shoemaker (all of Biggleswade and the present trustees of the Dreadnought Lodge, Biggleswade) reciting death of John Steward Sandon on 7 July 1872 and the death of John Squire Bartlett on 9 May 1882 and the death of James Huffer on 21 February 1883. James Huffer by his will appointed a) and George Ansel joint executors and trustees.
