to be held by ii) subject to deed of charge of even date [X510/12] and as regards the messuage in Biggleswade etc., to a mortgage to secure £5000 and interest, and as regards the messuage at Biggleswade to a mortgage to Frederick Hogg, George Race and Henry Raynes and a deed of further charge to Mr John Elliott Page and Henry Watts, and as to ‘Golden Lion’ to a mortgage to Frank Fowler of Henlow
