    i) Rachel Reynolds, Clifton, widow John Guildford Reynolds, Clifton, gardener George Reynolds, gardener ii) John Hitchcock, Edgware Road, Paddington, Middlesex, draper will of Thomas Clerke was proved by ii) alone, Charles Clarke having died on 24 December 1847 John Reynolds died in May 1847 leaving i) his widow, and sons now owing - £350 equity of redemption is considered to be barred by statute of limitations, but to avoid all doubt and for further assurance of title now in consideration of £370 (of which £350 is retained by ii)) i) assigns to ii) - tenement formerly 2 North: Adam and Eve, now private house, in occupation of Susan Livett South: Samuel Wells, now a public house called the Sun, lately in occupation of John Dennis junior and now of Thomas Cook West: Horselow Street East: Market Place signatures of Rachel and John Guildford, mark of George Reynolds signature of ii) endorsed receipt witnesses: George Dukes, clerk to Mr Hatten H Hatten W B Rudland
