... all real estate and personal estate, in trust for sale, to pay debts and funeral expenses and then to divide residue between his living children, and children of those who are dead, except for daughter Arabella who went to continent about 17 years ago and is supposed to have died there, shall not if living have her share, unless she gives satisfactory evidence that she is alive within one year from his decease
Son Charles shall take no share under will unless a bill for £90 which was accepted for his accommodation is taken up by him and not brought against estate
