    i) William Perrin, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, yeoman ii) Thomas Clarke, Thame, Oxfordshire, gentleman recites: X501/5 said sum of £200 was not paid to John Perrin. John Reynolds being indebted to Henry Clarke, late of Aylesbury, draper, in £22 on a judgment recovered against said John Reynolds in Exchequer Court, Hilary Term, 1827. Henry Clarke applied to John Perrin to allow him to pay off said mortgage debt and make a transfer of the same. John Perrin agreed and on 21 July 1828 said Henry Clarke paid to said John Perrin £230 but no transfer was made by John Perrin to Henry Clarke In Hilary Term 1828 after judgment was obtained in Court of Pleas, John Reynolds was ejected from said premises Henry Clarke died on 10 April 1830 leaving an infant son, who died 12 May 1840 aged 17, leaving ii), his grandfather, as heir i) is executor of his uncle William Perrin, who was executor of John Perrin now in consideration of £230 paid by said Henry Clarke to said John Perrin i) assigns to ii) for remainder of term of 4800 years - said sum of £200 - messuage as in X501/5 signed: i) endorsed witnesses: H Hatten, solicitor, Aylesford I V B Rudland, his clerk
