to daughter Mary, house adjacent, lately occupied by William Fox, with shed and use of pump in yard; also £200;
to daughter Elizabeth, wife of John Favell, house in "Absell End" [Apsley End], Shillington, occupied by John Gudgeon, for life; then to her children.
to son John Carte, 4 acres meadow and wood in Maulden (remainder to daughter Elizabeth); also 5 acres arable in the common fields of Flitwick occupied by "William Goodman Millar"; (remainder to Elizabeth);
certain sums to be invested and annual payments made:
