    refers to plan drawn in margin to Robert Parker and wife Mary Howard - piece ground (3 roods 30 perches) being Eastern and Southern parts of close [mentioned in X493/17 (and /35)]. No. 1 on plan part North and part West: other part of said close remaining part North and East: Mr Benjamin Trapp, devisees of late George Livius esquire, Peregine Nash esquire, Dr Thackeray South: Luck’s lane remaining part West: garden of Mrs Mary Haupman but in agreement [X493/17 (and /35)] by mistake mentioned as belonging to Joseph Okely to James Eastaff - messuage now in his occupation - so much and such parts of the timber yard, workshops etc., adjoining, shown as no. 5 on map (except such as were erected by and are separate property of William Eastaff which he is to remove within 2 calendar months). Site totals 9 perches. Front adjoining highway, on North, measures in length 40 ft. Permission for James to lay pipe into well on premises allotted to William and to enter premises to keep pipe in repair - piece ground (28 perches) being another part of said close – no. 2 on map North: highway towards Goldington East: 1st and 2nd allotments of William Eastaff South: allotment awarded to Robert and Mary Parker part West: garden of Mary Haupman part North, part West: Joseph Okely and said cottages remaining parts North and West: way to said cottages and 3rd allotment to William James to erect a fence or wall of at least 4 ft on South side of last described allotment, next allotment to Robert and Mary Parker, and on West side of timber yard next the 3rd allotment to William, Water pipe to be maintained at joint expense of James and William. Door opening from James’ washhouse to pump to be stopped up by James to William Eastaff - messuage now in his occupation and garden etc., (no. 4 on map), total 6 perches - piece ground adjoining (8 perches) being remainder of said close (no. 3 on map) North: last mentioned garden East., South. and West: other parts said close - parts timber yard, workshops etc., (no. 6 on map) except such as are property of James and also the materials of that part of cooper’s shop standing on last described allotment which are appointed to James and to be removed by him within 2 calendar months (6 perches) William to erect a fence or wall of at least 4 ft on West sides of 1st and 2nd allotments to him next allotment to James and on the East and South of allotment to him (2nd) next the allotment to Richard [?Robert] and Mary Parker.
