i) Robert Parker, Cardington, baker, and wife Mary Howard ii) James Eastaff, Bedford, cooper, and wife Ann iii) William Eastaff, Bedford, carpenter, and wife Frances iv) Robert Henry Gibbon, Bedford, gentleman i), ii) and iii) confirm to iv), in trust for i) - messuage in St Peter’s, Bedford, once in occupation of Martin Sewell [?Semell], afterwards of James Eastaff, deceased, and now of ii) - so much and parts of said timber yard, outbuildings etc. as form no. 5 on map - right to lay a pipe from wash house to well - piece ground (28 perches) being part of close (no. 2 on map) - moiety of ground no. 7 on map allotted to William and James as a passage way for owners and occupiers of various cottages (no. 7 on map) as were awarded to James in X493/18 i), ii) and iii) together with Joseph Berrill and wife Judith in Trinity term last past levied unto iv) one fine of aforesaid property and other property at Oakley belonging to Joseph Berrill and Judith copy signatures: all witnesses: Theed Pearse junior, Edmund Reeve 28 and 29 Sep 1819 attested 15 April 1840
