i) Richard Mawditt, citizen and haberdasher of London ii) John Bannister, citizen and grocer of London Paul Isaack of London, merchant Arthur Mawditt, son and heir apparent of i) marriage intended between Arthur Mawditt and Elizabeth Bowles, daughter of Valentine Bowles, late citizen and vintner of London, deceased now: i) agrees with ii) to stand seized of: ... property as X484/2 (following differences: land late of Gilbert Leigh, now Richard Honnor, yeoman Cow Leaze, now John Lucey Broad Mead Lane and Broad Mead, now –Wilkes Fenshams Close, now John Lucey woods, now Richard Honnor and John Lucey Barley Close, now Richard Honnor and Edward Mitchell Open field land, formerly Matthew Hills and Richard [?Robert] Goring, now William Beckworth grounds of Thomas Punne, now Richard Honnor cottage and garden plot, now Thomas Alcock) to use of i) and wife Elizabeth for life, and after death of one of them (said marriage having taken place), one moiety to use of Arthur Mawditt and Elizabeth Bowles and their heirs; after death of survivor of i) and his wife, other moiety to use as above, and after death of Arthur, to his heirs by Elizabeth or another wife, in default, to right heirs of i) witnesses: George Stanley, John Robinson, scrivener, William Tatersall, servant to above
