after her death, to be sold for children;
it has been agreed to sell now in 7 lots by public auction;
-- messuage divided into 3 tenements in Stopsley; and Hoo Field close, 5 acres, abutting South on land formerly of Widow Carter,
East on lane from Stopsley to Dellcroft; heretoforre occupied by Joseph Cook, now William Trusell;
