Regarding the development of the 15 residential care homes for the elderly and one home for adults with learning disabilities that form the basis of the proposed transfer of homes. 'Following detailed assessment of each home a development plan has been formulated which both meets the overall requirements of the County Council in the provision of the service and takes the form of a workable programme that enables the IPS to both succeed in the private sector and fulfil the terms of the care contract with the County Council'. Details are given for: Caddington Hall, Greenacre, Westlands, Abbotsbury, Allison House, Birches, Ferndale, Highfield, Parkside, Puttenhoe, Rivermead, Southway and Brookside.
