    Court baron; steward, William Sellon esquire admission of David Hawkins and William Puddephatt (by their attorney, Thomas Hall, of London, gentleman) to - a piece of land, said to be 10 poles but in fact 22 poles, on Winchmore Hill (formerly so-called), and abutting on Millens Close, late Nicholas Westcomb, then John Puddephatt, under the will of Peter Puddephatt (10 November 1859), whereby he devised to David Hawkins of Woodside, carpenter, and his son William Puddephatt, ( inter alia) 2 copyhold cottages at Ailey Green occupied by Thomas Perry and William Streater (the will was proved in the Princ. Reg. 22 September 1863). Peter Puddephatt was admitted 18 May 1837 , and the cottage has since been converted into two.
