    William Fuller saw prisoner driving Mr Atwoods Team loaden with coal through Milton Bryant and a brown great coat on the cart. John Halfpenny he found the brown great coat near Mr Atwoods House quite dry; it had been raining in the night and morning. William Ward said Joseph Keens fetched the cows up in the morning which it is not usual for him to do and that the cows were brought from the field in which the coat was found. John Willison identified the coat produced as his property and that taken from his son Matthew.
