Admission of Denis Herbert to:
-- a copyhold messuage late called the Wrestlers Inn; now divided into 5 tenements (occupied by Widow Mills, John Millward, John Culver, Sperry Cupis and Robert Reynolds);
2 acres, 7 roods meadow, 1 acre and 2 roods, as above (but omitting the close) [see X257/1] , all occupied by William Hughes;
on surrender by John Robinson junior, 9 November 1801;
recites the will of John Robinson senior, who died 1772;
his trustees were admitted (see X257/1); but all three are now dead, and John Lambton's heir is under 21;
recites also the act of 1798 under which John Robinson junior has contracted for redemption of land tax, also on freehold land at Wrestlingworth, and other lands in Denston, Stradishall, Wickenbrook and Stansfield, Suffolk;
recites also that William Robinson, eldest son of John Robinson junior is under 21;
