to husband, all real estate devised to me by will of the Reverend George Calvert, rector of Beeby, Leicestershire. All china, pictures, prints and plate also bequeathed to me in above will to husband for life and then to my children
Residue of property from above will to husband for life then to my children, i.e. any son on reaching 21, any daughter on marriage or reaching 21, as tenants in common
