i) John Lawson ii) Alexander Landor, St Margaret's, Westminster, Middlesex, yeoman i) leases to ii) - farm at Brook End, Barton, once in occupation of - Sibley and - Lincoln and late of - Quince - lands, croft and pasture (103 acres) --- 23 acres lying in Barton Wood --- The Poplars (10 acres) being 4 closes --- homestall adjoining said farmhouse (6 acres) --- Sword Close, part also of The Poplars (4 acres) --- Longlands Close (16 acres) --- land in common fields of Barton (42 acres) --- 2 acres in Nineteen Acre Close at Barton Wood trees, wood etc. being reserved to i) and access to cut it etc. hunting, fishing etc. also reserved to i) doing as little damage as possible term - 9 years rent - £70 yearly various provisions as to husbandry i) covenants to build a barn with 2 bays sealed but unsigned not witnessed
