    i) Catherine Coppin, late of Ampthill and now of Allington, Lincolnshire, widow (administratrix of estate of Richard Allyn, late of Maulden, deceased, which was not administered by Dorothea Allyn, widow and sole executrix of said Richard) ii) John Lawson, Barton, esquire iii) John Brett, Salford, miller reciting the will of Richard Allyn dated 21 March 1722 by which he appointed his wife Dorothea as sole executrix. Will proved Prerogative Court of Canterbury reciting also the death of Dorothea in August 1741 intestate and i) was appointed her administratrix, and so there is now due to her - £217..10s..5d now in consideration of £217..10s..5d paid to i) by iii) i) with consent of ii) assigns to iii) - Faldo Common - other pieces of land mortgaged to William Longueville for 1000 years and afterwards assigned to Richard Allyn to be held by iii) for remainder of term of 1000 years if ii) repays said sum and interest at 4½% per annum to iii) before 18 November next then iii) will reassign property to iii) signatures of i) and ii) endorsed receipt witnesses: Benjamin Greene, Thomas Cawne, attorney, Bedford
