- messuage, farm, land and wick called Rugworth or Royworth in Sutton or elsewhere in the Manor of Foulness, Essex
- all property at Aldenham, Hertfordshire
- dwelling house in Mincing Lane, London
- two houses lying on each side of the gateway leading thereto
- farms, lands etc. at Wakering and Shoeburyness, Essex, to iv) for 99 years, and then to his sons. If no sons, then to the sons of ii) (except his eldest son) and then to sons of George Nodes, Southill, by Rebecca his wife (except his eldest son)
remainder of his goods to go to trustees for sale to buy lands with the proceeds, except lands once belonging to the Church or religious house
reciting also a codicil to the will, dated 29 December 1704, by which he devised all his lands in Goldington, Clapham and Ravensden which he purchased since the making of his will, from Thomas Halsey and wife Anne and Sir William Gostwick, to iv) for same term and to same heirs. And after the determination of the term of years to Queens College, Cambridge, for making new fellowships and scholarships, and not to go to his right heirs, as devised by will. Also his personal estate was to be converted into money and lands bought in Bedfordshire, near his other estates, as Francis Brace should think fit.

also reciting the will of Robert Welborne, deceased, dated 31 August 1716, by which he devised to his wife, and William Carter, the residue of his estate on various trusts. Wife received £60 per annum for life and an apartment in his chief house at Barton. He devised to son William, £100, and to son Roger, £100 and to 2 younger daughters, £200 each. Residue to eldest son, Robert
ii) in pursuance of decree of High Court of Chancery made 22 June [1716] between iv) and Samuel Breedon, one of the younger sons [of ii)?] made against ii) and trustees for iv) and Queens College, Cambridge, and others, and of a former decree made on 27 [illegible] in [?] year of Queen Anne etc., has agreed to buy property as below from Robert Welborne
now in consideration of £2690..8s (part of total sum of £4890..8s) and £1200 (other part of said sum) paid to Robert and Mary Welborne by ii) - now Sir Robert Breedon - and Henry Lovibond
and in consideration of further sum of £1000, paid to George Wheeler, Inner Temple, London, gentleman, in discharge of a mortgage

If no sons then to use of Queens College, Cambridge for making new fellowships and scholarships according to the will of John Lawson, deceased.
i) covenants with ii) that they will levy a fine of the property to be held subject to a mortgage of part of the premises dated 9 March 1713, for 1000 years, from William Longeville to George Wheeler to secure £1000 and interest. The residue of term is agreed by all the parties to these presents to be assigned by George Wheeler to Robert Isaacson of St Giles in the Feilds, Middlesex, gentleman, in trust to attend the inheritance
